Private Antenatal Yoga
In a period of such great strain being placed on your body, showing it some love in a gentle and physiologically-supported way is more important than ever. I offer one-on-one antenatal sessions in the comfort of your own home to save you the trouble of travelling anywhere. This service is available to anyone within a 15 mile radius of DE65.

Private Recovery Yoga
Though any kind of strenuous exercise is not advised until at least 6 weeks postpartum, gentle recovery yoga can help you ease back into your postnatal body and regain mobility. I can guide you through one-on-one sessions in your home, allowing you to remain close to your new baby while still giving you some well-earned TLC.

Online Sessions
My online group antenatal yoga sessions are 45 minutes long and exist on a donation basis, meaning you pay what you can (suggested donation £5). I want antenatal yoga to be accessible to everyone, regardless of income or location. Please only join if you are at least 13 weeks along.

Group Classes
I’m really looking forward to bringing group antenatal yoga classes to Repton School Sports Centre in 2024! These classes will run one evening per week for an hour and a half and will include tea and cake afterwards. Please only join if you are at least 13 weeks along.
